Bravo! It worked wonderfully! After verifying, it understood exactly what I needed and listed my items eligible for resupply. It confirmed my shipping address and asked if I wanted a callback with the copay amount before shipping.

I normally prefer to speak to a human, but the AI is getting so good and I have to admit this was fast and convenient.
