I was very late to my appointment due to road construction, but they took me anyway, for which I was very grateful. The CPAP had gotten some water in it, and the technician spent a lot of time getting it working again for me. He was clearly unhappy with the water, but remained very friendly and helpful. It would have been easy for him to throw up his hands and tell me nothing could be done. I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated!
